Veterinarians

Pamela Bendock, VMD
Dr. Bendock, the owner of Back Bay Veterinary Clinic, received both her undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Bendock completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Angell Animal Medical Center. Dr. Bendock opened Back Bay Veterinary Clinic in June of 2000.

Pia Torres, DVM
Dr. Torres is a graduate of Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts University. After graduating from veterinary school Dr. Torres completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in East Greenwich, RI.

Jessica Starr, DVM
Dr. Starr is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Starr has worked in a private practice for two years prior to coming to the Back Bay Veterinary Clinic. Her professional interests include dermatology and internal medicine.

Beth Waisburd, DVM
Beth Waisburd obtained her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from Cornell University in 1993 and 1997 respectively. She then performed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Purdue University . Dr. Waisburd's special interests include ultrasonography and surgery. Outside of the office she enjoys running with her dog, spending time with her husband and trying to keep up with her two young sons.
